Visitors

We understand that visiting a church for the first time can be intimidating. But knowing a little about what to expect can help set one’s mind at ease, and perhaps even lead to a more meaningful and enjoyable encounter. So, here we’ve tried to answer some common questions, but if you have others, please don’t hesitate to contact the church office, or ask one of our members.

What is a typical church service like?
Our morning service is like any other church's. We have sing hymns and our pastor preaches the Word of God. Sometimes we have special music - either from our choir or from a member of our church. Services usually last about an hour.

Do you have anything for kids?
We have a special kid's service, called Children's Church. It starts right before the sermon.

Do you have an evening service on Sundays?
We do not have an evening service on Sundays, unless we have a special program. However, you're invited to join our prayer service on Wednesday nights.

WMU

The main purpose of WMU is to educate and involve preschoolers, children, youth, and adults in the cause of Christian missions. Through biblically sound, age-appropriate resources, we seek to energize, motive, and equip all ages for missions involvement. Ongoing missions education opportunities develop believers who are informed about God’s mission in the world; they become fully engaged Christians who recognize and accept personal responsibility for sharing the love of Christ with others.
WMU is for all church ladies. A meal and the meeting is held on Monday night at 6:00 p.m. before the second Wednesday of every month.

Brotherhood

The main purpose of the Brotherhood Ministry is to involve our men in Christian fellowship and service to the church and community. This includes activities to inform, motivate, and engage men in praying, studying the Word of God, and bearing witness to Christ through modeling and community service. This ministry helps to equip men to become Christ-centered and service minded with regard to meeting the physical needs of our church, community, and special activities or initiatives. Brotherhood is for all church men and is held on the last Sunday of the month at 8:30 a.m. with breakfast.
